1. Ordering and Payment options
Orders may be placed at our online store anytime. You only need to set up an account once and then use this account each time you come back to shop. Once you have your account set up, place your selections into your shopping cart. You can view your cart at any time and then proceed to the checkout or shop some more. Upon checkout you will be asked to select your preferred method of payment. We currently accept
- Credit card – Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc
- Cheque/Money order
- Direct Debit into our bank account. Once your order is placed, you will be emailed our bank details.
Once you have selected your method of payment you will be given instructions on how to complete your order. Please make sure you fill in your email address so that we can send you an order confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours please contact us at sales@scrapapple.com.au
Scrapapple uses a secure-online server (128 bit encryption), which ensures all your details are kept private and safe.
2. Prices
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. Prices may change without notice.
3. Orders
All orders are processed in order of receipt irrespective of payment details however, how you choose to pay may affect your shipping dates.
Every effort is made to process orders within 24 hours of receipt.
If you are paying by direct deposit, Cheque or money order please be aware that goods won't be shipped until the funds are cleared in our bank account. Please ensure that we receive payment within (7) working days or your order will be cancelled.
4. Out of stock items
On occasions, some items in the store may be temporarily unavailable. If the item is expected within a couple of days, your order will be held over and we will notify you by email. If the item is not expected to be in stock within 4 working days, your order will be sent AS IS and we will refund the difference in price.
Sorry, we do not maintain records for backordering.
6. Postage
Scrapapple will post anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $6.95; If the order is over $60 we will ship it free of charge.
We highly recommend that customers utilise postal insurance (Registered Post) to protect their order in transit. The cost of registered post is $2.80 and covers up to $100 product value. To have an order registered select the register post option on check out.
Express postage rates are available on application. To have an order posted express, please add the request to the Special Instructions field on checkout. You will receive an adjusted invoice in a day or so.
We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or damaged during transit, if they have not been registered/insured.
Please allow up to 14 days from dispatch for delivery. We are not responsible for delays in transit once the order has been sent.
All Prices are based on Australia Post rates and are therefore subject to change without notice.
7. Refunds and Exchange policy
We will always do everything we can to put things right, but in order to authorise an exchange, refund or credit please contact us (via email) prior to you sending the item(s) back. Products with a true Manufacturing Fault can be returned and postage costs will be refunded.
Please ensure all goods are returned in their original packaging.
Please advise us of any faulty or incorrect items within 3 days of your invoice.
There is no refund if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.
8. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure our images and descriptions accurately depict the product. Due to the scanning process and variations in screen resolutions, colours may vary slightly. Regretfully this is beyond our control.
Manufacturers may also have size variations and this is also out of our control.
9. Privacy Statement
Scrapapple will not disclose information to third parties unless required to do so by law.The information requested is solely for the purposes of sending orders and receiving payments.
